I'm Kit. I'm 45 years old, half Korean and half White, born and raised right here in the DFW area. I don't look like the guy you'd expect to be running an AI company — and that's exactly the point. I don't come from Silicon Valley. I come from the sales floor.
I got into the auto industry when I was 19 years old. Most kids my age were figuring out what they wanted to do. I was already on a sales floor learning what actually earns a customer's trust — and what quietly kills it.
By 27, I was the youngest General Manager at Central Kia. I ran the store — sales, service, finance, culture, all of it. If it happened inside that dealership, my name was on it.
I spent twenty years learning how real customers behave. What they want to hear. What breaks their trust. Why they walk. Why they come back. Nobody teaches you that in a classroom. You learn it face-to-face, week after week, in a business where every conversation is worth thousands of dollars.
I retired from the auto game in 2021. I had earned the exit. But I couldn't sit still.
I'd been dabbling in SEO for years on the side — mostly to grow the stores I was running. Over time I got good enough at it that Google itself certified me as an expert. I got offered a job running SEO for the entire state of Florida.
I turned it down.
Not because it wasn't a great job. Because I wanted to work with real business owners — face to face, one build at a time. Not sit in a corporate office running someone else's campaigns.
In 2022 I opened my first web design business. One site turned into two. Two into ten. Every owner I met had the same pain: their website didn't work for them. It just sat there. So I built sites that actually sell — and I haven't looked back.
